I constantly get questions about weightlifting training programs, especially those focused on building strength and improving the technique. Moreover, I noticed from the questions received that there is a dilemma in choosing a training plan when it comes to certain variables:

1. exercise selection

2. number of sets and reps

3. the length of the mesocycle

So, I created this training program that is based on my experience and the approach that I consider optimal when it comes to increasing strength and improving technique for athletes who are at the intermediate experience.

Description

How this works

After purchasing the Intermediate Program you will receive a document with the training in your email right after payment confirmation.

Requirements

  • This program is designed for intermediate weightlifters but can be followed by more advanced as well
  • Intermediate experience ( between 1 and 4 years of practice weightlifting )
