How this works
After purchasing the Intermediate Program you will receive a document with the training in your email right after payment confirmation.
- Barbell and plates
- Squat Rack
- Blocks ( Optional, you can use plates or boxes too)
- Program duration is 16 weeks with two mesocycles of 8 weeks each
- 3 training sessions per week
- This program is designed for intermediate weightlifters but can be followed by more advanced as well
