    I am not a super serious weightlifter and I mostly do it for fitness, physical improvement and enjoyment so am probably not the target demographic but I still got a lot of value out the program. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to improve at the weightlifting movements while still doing plenty of general physical strength and athleticism development. My only caution is to heed what Gabriel says in the description that it is a program for intermediates – there is a lot of volume and you need to know your one rep max in Front and Back squat, the weightlifting movements, and deadlift. The program spurs a lot of growth but it is not for brand new lifters.

    Great program for splitting the classic lifts into smaller parts to learn the technique. Very high squat frequency, probably too high for a beginner, would be my only critique.

    Personally a found the program hard but very doable. It was well structured an straight forward. As someone who usually trains 3 to 4 times a week, it was a very nice change of pace to train 6 time. I enjoyed the amount of overhead traning, since this is a area that a lack in.

    The program so far has been helpful in splitting the different lifts into parts and allowing for an easy transition into the whole lift. I enjoy the small bit of variety in the program too and the way it is structured!
