During this two-day training camp athletes learn everything they need to know to improve their skills. The camp’s goal is to provide every single athlete, beginner or advanced, essential insights and guidance to get better at weightlifting. During the practice-oriented sessions, individual needs for improvement will be observed and highlighted during the accessory and mobility sessions. This way all attending athletes will have a clearer image on how to structurally train, in a safe and effective way.

With over 13 years of (competitive) experience, Gabriel has mastered the sport and is a true craftsman when it comes to the technique of the Olympic lifts. He will learn you how to physically and mentally overcome the difficulties that occur during practice and competition.

Together with your drive and our expertise, we’ll make sure to create an environment in which we bring together sports enthusiasts to have fun and do what we all love to do: WE LIFT!

Am I good enough to attend?

The camp is accessible for all athletes of any level. We’ll make sure all athletes get personal attention.

I can’t participate on both days, can I attend?


Won’t it be too tough?

We’ll take all the time we need to get you understand and improve. Plenty of pauses are scheduled to recover

I have an injury; can I attend?

It depends, aren’t you able to bring an empty bar overhead due to a shoulder injury? Then it might not be beneficial to attend.

The waiting is over. The first Olympic weightlifting Bootcamp for 2020 will take place at beggining of september. Specifically, from September 8-14, 2020. 

I hope you will be able to join me for a great experience in the Romanian mountains where I was training for many years. During the bootcamp we will focus on snatch & clean and jerk movements using the training methods that I have learned during my over 20000 hours of training sessions.
