Wrist Warm-Up
Why You Should Warm Up Your Wrists Before Weightlifting
It is generally recommended to warm up your wrists before weightlifting to help prevent injuries. Wrist injuries can be caused by the repetitive strain of weightlifting, and warming up your wrists can help to loosen and prepare the muscles and tendons in the wrists for the upcoming workout. In addition, warming up your wrists can help to increase blood flow to the area, which can help to reduce the risk of muscle strain or other injuries. Warming up your wrists can be as simple as gently massaging them, or you can do some wrist rotations or other light stretches to help loosen the muscles and prepare them for the workout.
