Snatch

The snatch is the first exercise from olympic weightlifting. Can be performed in different styles, but the mains styles that we can see now in the olympic weightlifting competitions are:

1) European Style (or classic one)

2) Chinese Style (or no feet style)

3) The Bull Snatch style (specific for taller lifters)
