Snatch

The snatch

It is the first exercise from Olympic weightlifting. It can be performed in different styles, but the main ones that we can see now in the Olympic weightlifting competitions are:

1) European Style (or classic one)

2) Chinese Style (or no foot style)

3) The Bull Snatch style (specific for taller lifters)
