No Feet Snatch

No feet snatch or snatch without jump.

Is a very good variation of snatch and it’s good to be included in every beginner weightlifter program, right after knowing how to do the muscle snatch and OHS. The main purpose of no feet snatch is to control more the second pull and to feel better the extension.
