Hang Clean

A hang clean is a weightlifting exercise that works the entire body. It begins with a barbell at knee level, then the lifter explosively jumps, shrugs, and pulls the barbell up to their shoulders while catching it in a squat position.

This exercise is used to develop power and strength in the upper body and lower body.
