Dips exercise is a compound exercise targeting the triceps, pectoral muscles, and deltoids.
To perform the exercise, you must use a dip station or two chairs.
Position your hands on the station or chairs and extend your arms fully.
Lower your body until your elbows are bent at 90 degree angles, then press back up to the starting position.
You can make the exercise more difficult by adding extra weight or doing more repetitions.
